Article Snippet: Using a Seebeck coefficient/electric resistance measuring system (ZEM-3, Ulvac-Riko, Yokohama, Japan), the Seebeck coefficient and electrical resistance data were recorded concurrently in a temperature range of 300 to 750 K. The Hall coefficients at room temperatures were measured using the van der Pauw technique under a reversible magnetic field of 0.80 T (8400 Series, Model 8404, Lake Shore, Watertown, IL, USA).
